注册商标（registered trademark），是指经商标管理机构依法核准注册的商标。商标的注册需具备法定条件并经法定程序。在实施商标注册制度的国家，商标成功获得注册之后，注册人具有使用注册商标的专有权和排斥他人在同一种商品或者类似商品上使用与其注册商标相同或者近似的商标的禁止权。

注册商标的注销：指商标主管机关基于某些原因取消注册商标的一种管理措施，是商标权的正常消灭情况。在下列情况下，商标局可以注销注册商标：

1．注册商标法定期限届满，未续展和续展未获批准的。

2．商标注册人申请注销其注册商标或者注销其商标在部分指定商品上的注册的，该注册商标专用权或者该注册商标专用权在该部分指定商品上的效力自商标局收到其注销申请之日起终止。

3．商标注册人死亡或者终止，自死亡或者终止之日起1年期满，该注册商标没有办理转移手续的，任何人可以向商标局申请注销该注册商标。

注册商标的撤销：注册商标的撤销是商标局对违法使用商标的注册人依法强制取消已经注册的商标的一种强制性法律措施。商标注册人有下列行为之一的，由商标局责令限期改正或者撤销其注册商标：

1.自行改变注册商标的；

2.自行改变注册商标的注册人名义、地址或者其他注册事项的。
